Ribbed Cotton Tank in White
Once sold, the edition is closed.
The white tank is the same garment as the black and also an entirely different proposition. Where the black disappears — becomes a layer, a base, something that recedes under whatever is placed above it — the white is the statement itself. The torch bearer, the tennis player: in white, the tank needs nothing else. The column dress board in Archive I's reference material returns to this repeatedly. A clean sleeveless silhouette, a rounded neckline, the body held without constraint. That is sufficient.
The compact rib structure is finer than standard knit, the surface closer to skin than fabric. The armhole finish is exact. Rounded neckline. The simplest piece in the collection, and one of the most worn.
Limited to 30 editions.
